The Desert Sky Library provides many services for students and faculty.

• Library orientation for ALL 7th grade students
• Teach information literacy skills to students
• Plagiarism lesson 
• "How to make powerpoint presentations better" lesson
• Register students for NetTrekker
• Reading guidance (including book talks, finding books at a particular reading level or genre, using athena)
• Assisting with use of software programs & structuring internet reserach
• Pulling a cart of books for research in class or library (please give me a couple of weeks advance notice)
• Displaying student work & projects
• Laminating (on Thursdays- please get your laminating to me by Wednesdays)
• Audio visual repairs (bulbs for overhead projectors-just bring the machine to the library or send a student with it)

The library does not provide computer repair services.
