Document Printing

_____  Name on your paper?

_____  Save your work

_____  If you copied something from the internet, did you also copy the web address?

_____  Spell check

_____  Print preview

a)  make sure the document is positioned on the paper exactly the way you want it

b)  make sure there are no blank pages at the end of your document

_____  On the print menu select the media center printer

_____  Ask Mrs. Morris for permission to print

Internet Printing

_____  Go to the print preview screen in the file menu and see how many pages are in the document

_____  Do you need ALL the information AND pictures?

a)  if you only need some of the information and no pictures, highlight the information you need, then click on the little netprint icon at the top of the screen.  select the media center printer.  ask Mrs. Morris for permission to print

b)  If you need all of the information, including pictures, go to the print screen in the file menu and select the media center printer.  Ask Mrs. Morris for permission to print
